Sangharakshita’s letter to Emile Boin 18 December 1966

Sangharakshita wrote many letters back to Britain as the idea of a new Buddhist movement began to take shape. In this letter to Emile Boin – who would become one of the first Order members – he agrees with the idea of forming a new ‘committee’ and suggests a name: “Friends of the English Sangha”.
